Method Investigate 160 newly employed nurses from 3 Class A tertiary general hospitals of 队lingbo on their psychological capital and job satisfaction. Result The total average score of psychological capital for newly employed nurses is (88.87 ::1:: 13.70). Job satisfaction is in generallevel (63.12%). Psychological capital for newly employed nurses has correlation with their satisfaction on managers ability (r= 0.252. PO.0 1). Dimension of optimism from psychological capital has correlation with job satisfaction (r=O. 272. P 0.0 1). Conclusion Job satisfaction for newly employed nurses from Class A tertiary general hospitals is in medium leve l. Psychological capital is above medium level.
