Brief Introduction to the Organizer Founded in 1997, Kangxi Dairy is a large private enterprise which is engaged in producing milk powder and liquid milk with RMB 8 million yuan of registered capital and 300 employees. The company is mainly engaged in Kangxi branded milk powder and dairy drinks with annual production capacity of 15,000 tons of milk powder and 50,000 tons of liquid milk. 4. Project Overview 4.1 Project Description This project location will be sited in the park. Production capacity is of 3,000-ton/year milk powder, 50,000-ton/year liquid milk, 6,000-ton/year dairy drinks with one modern cattle farm with 1000 heads of high quality and high- yield milch cows. 4.2 Investment Budget It is estimated that a total of 15 million USD, of which, the funds raised by the enterprise will be 500,000 USD, from bank loan will be 4 million USD and invited will be 10.5 million USD. 4.3 Construction Scale and Content 2 new modern production lines of milk powder, 5 pot filling production lines of liquid milk and 1 pot filling production line of dairy drinks will be purchased and installed together with a 5,600 square meters dairy farm. It belongs to expansion project. 4.4 Supporting Conditions The supporting facilities of the project, such as complete facilities of water, electricity, steam, workshop and office, have been completed basically. 4.5 Market Forecasting Economic Benefit Analysis When the project is completed, annual sales income by 57 million USD and annual profit payments and tax turnover by 15 million USD will be realized. 5.
