FDI对中国环境污染的影响 摘要：改革开放以来，随着我国经济快速增长，外商直接投资规模的不断增加，FDI已成为驱动中国经济增长的重要力量，在肯定FDI对经济发展贡献的同时，人们也日益关注其负面影响。例如著名的“污染天堂”理论。本文在回顾FDI与环境污染相关理论的基础上，通过探讨FDI的区域选择及其流动与环境污染的关系，分析了现阶段中国的FDI发展所产生的资本积累和技术外溢所带来的环境效应，结合其对中国的环境影响机制，提出政府应着重于本土企业的监管，并在关于指导外商投资产业，技术研发投入和产业结构政策方面提出相应建议。 关键词：外商直接投资、污染天堂、环境影响 Effects of The Environment Pollution in China of FDI Abstract: since the reform and opening up, along with the rapid growth of Chinas economic, and the increasing scale of foreign direct investment, FDI has become an important driver of Chinas economic growth power, while we are sure to the contribution of the economic development of FDI, at the same time, people pay more and more attention to its negative influence. This paper is on the base that in the review of the theory that related to FDI and the pollution of the environment, through discussing the area of FDI selection and the relationship between the flow and environmental pollution, we analysis the capital accumulation and technology spillover brings by the environment effect that the development of FDI in China, combined with its environmental impact mechanism on China, we put forward the enterprise competence should focus on local government regulation, and some suggestion on guiding foreign investment industrial, technology research and some policies on the industrial structures.
