Society increasingly growing demand for leisure and sports professionals, the demand of the talents in colleges and universities cultivating professional talents of leisure sports and the demand of social integration and penetration become inevitable trend. Cultivating professional talents of high quality leisure sports is the need of social development. This paper expounds the relevant concepts of leisure sports, in Sichuan institute of tourism, for example, to Sichuan tourism college leisure sports professional talent training status are analyzed, and proposes measures to construct the leisure sports talent cultivation system. And found that the current existing problems in the construction of the talent training system, analyses the reason of this problem, and put forward the corresponding measures for solving the problem.
