These hybrid molecules are highly active on the larval forms of the worms and exhibitdifferentmodesofaction,notonlythealkylationofheme.Thesynergyobservedwithpraziquanteloninfectedmice isinfavorofthedevelopmentofthesetrioxaquinesaspotentialanti-schistosomalagents.
