We evaluate four different methods based on the ability of these methods to generate consistent results for forward and back mutations, and examine how this ability varies with the nature and locationofthemutation.Wefindthat,whileonemethodseemstooutperformtheothers,theabilityofthesemethodsto makeaccuratepredictionsislimited.
