In addition, CNT increasedthesecretionofIFN-candTNF-abythelymphocytes.CNTalsoupregulatedtheNF-kBexpressioninlymphocytes, and the blockage of the NF-kB pathway reduced the lymphocyte-mediated cytotoxicity triggered by CNT. These results suggestthatCNTatlowerconcentrationsmayprospectivelyinitiateanindirectcytotoxicitythroughaffectingthefunction oflymphocytes.
