学兔兔 化 工 进 展 2013年第32卷第6期 CHEMICAL INDUSTRYAND ENGINEERING PROGRESS ·1407· 我国化学工业中 喜 士 ，月，口 生产技术的研究进展 陈和平 ，包存宽 ( 同济大学环境科学与工程学院 上海 200092； 中国石化上海石油化工研究院，上海 201208； 复旦大学环 境科学与工程系，上海200433) 摘 要：分析了我国化学工业清洁生产研究概况，指出我国有关清洁生产研究的主要内容集中在循环经济、生 态工业园、节能减排、绿色化学和产业链以及清洁生产的评价与审核等方面。总结了我国化学工业中的各种清 洁生产技术，包括过程模拟技术、过程集成技术、清洁生产X-艺、清洁反应体系、超常规生产技术、催化技术、 化工设备的发展和清洁能源等，指出未来清洁生产技术的发展趋势必然是化工生产技术与信息技术、计算机技 术、检测技术、智能信息处理技术和装备制造技术等的有机结合，并提出了从生命周期全过程考察清洁生产技 术的清洁性以及在清洁生产技术基础上发展循环经济的建议。 关键词：清洁生产；过程模拟；过程建模；生命周期；循环经济 中图分类号：TQ 021．8 文献标志码：A 文章编号：1000—6613(2013)06—1407—08 DoI：10．3969~．issn．1000—6613．2013．06．035 Progress of cleaner production technologies in chemical industry in China CHENHeping 2 BAO Cunkuan3 ， ( College ofEnvironmental Science and Engineering，Tongii University，Shanghai 200092，China； SINOPEC Shanghai Research Institute ofPetrochemical Technology，Shanghai 201208，China； Department ofEnvironmental Science and Engineering，Fudan University，Shanghai 200433，China) Abstract：This review analyzed the research overview of cleaner production in the chemical industry in China．Most research on cleaner production focused on circular economics，ecologic industrial parks，energy—saving and emission—reduction，green chemistry and industry chains，evaluation and audit of cleaner production．This paper also summarized the cleaner production technologies，including process simulation，process integration，new processes，new raw materials，cleaner reaction systems，
