Osome, usingaRNAi-mediatedgenesilencingapproach.ThetransgenicRNAilineswerehighlyself-compatible,andthistraitwas stableinsubsequentgenerations,evenaftercrossingwithothercommerciallines.Thesefindingsalsosuggestedthatthe resultantself-compatibilitycouldbetransferredtocommercialcultivarswiththedesiredperformancesinB.rapa.
