Here, we show that neither endogenous nor exogenously expressed ASB2a induces degradation of JAK proteinsinhematopoieticcells.Furthermore,weperformedmolecularmodelingtogeneratethefirststructuralmodelofan E3ubiquitinligasecomplexofanASBproteinboundtooneofitssubstrates.
