The students 10 cases, male, 18~ 21years old) of the second year class at Jiangxi Medical Col- lege were chosen for this experiment, they w ere conducted health examination at hospital . The samples of saliva and blood had been collected on an empty stomach before and after exer cise on the morning, the experiments w ere tested w ith the bio- chemical auto- analysis instrument . It w as found that : 1) The content of the saliva urea nitrogen, such as serum, was in- creased obviously after exercises; 2) The creatinine content of saliva and serum, w as tendency decreased after exercise see Tab . 2) , The cause w ill be further explored . 3
