Their content increasing will adversely affect the ore dressing process. The slime will block the equipment such as bin, hopper, etc., worsen the separating effect and index. Normally it shall take into consideration of ore washing with mud content over 6% and water content over 5%. Pre-separation also needs ore washing to improve separation effect. For some ore, e.g. deposited ferromanganese and weathering sedimentary calcic phosphorus rock, etc., washing is the major method of ore dressing. After washing and removing mud, the useful mineral is concentrated to get qualified product. 概述 Generals 洗矿一般是在破碎筛分过程中进行的。设置 洗矿作业的目的是： 1.防止堵塞：当处理含泥含水较多的矿石时，容 易堵塞矿仓、溜槽、漏斗以及破碎筛分等设备， 使破碎筛分设备处理量下降；堵塞严重时，生产 无法正常进行，此时往往考虑洗矿。 2.获取精矿：有些矿石，通过洗矿可以使有用矿 物富集而获得合格精矿，例如有些沉积锰矿、磷 灰石矿、氧化铁矿等。 3.提高产品质量：冶炼用石灰石通过洗矿可以清 除矿泥提高质量，以满足冶炼要求。 Generally make ore washing during crushing and screening. The purpose of washing process is: 1. to prevent blocking: when handling the ore with too much mud and water, it is easy to block the bin, chute, hopper as well as crushing and screening unit,lower their handling capacity; if it is seriously blocked, normal production will not be done, then taking into consideration of ore washing. 2. to obtain concentrate: for some ore, e.g. some deposited manganese ore, apatite, ferric oxide, etc., the useful mineral is concentrated through washing to get qualified product. 3. to improve the quality of product: the limestone for smelting can be washed, removing slime and improving the quality, in order to satisfy the smelting requirement. 概述 Generals
