Case nursing students in nursing clinical teaching of [Abstract] Objective To explore the cases of care in teaching nursing students with the role of culture. [Keywords:] Case care; nursing students; Teaching [Abstract] Objective To probe into the role of case study method on clinical instruction and teaching of nursing students.Methods 37 nursing students were enrolled in case study teaching team and 37 nursing students in routine teaching method team as contrast group, several differences such as appraisal of the comprehensive ability, satisfaction in the practice contents and self-study evaluation were collected.Results There was a significant difference between the nursing students in case study teaching team and the contrast team in their comprehensive ability. Besides it, their satisfaction in learning content and self-study valuation, have reached more than 90% degree.Conclusion The method of case study can improve the students’ quality in all aspects and has a great benefit for the students to have an overall clinical thinking ability.
