Abstract: In the fall of 2004, the new ‘high school curriculum programs’ trial started in four provinces. The program is set on the elective courses far beyond the past, it brought some worthy of discussion and the need to carefully handle the issue, for example, entrance costs, brilliant idea admissions process, college entrance examination fairness and impartiality of the burden on schools and students, personality development of the the ideal and the reality and the nature and the high school curriculum and other issues. ‘High school curriculum programs’ implementation should fully consider these issues, it should be to reduce and control the size of carried out under the premise of more in-depth research.
