Methods/Design:Thisworkdescribesaprotocolofamulticentricprospectiveobservationalstudywithoneyear followup,todescribethewomen’sreasonsandpreferencestochoosethewayofadministration(oralvstopical) inthetreatmentofnotcomplicatedcandidalvaginitis.Thenumberofwomenrequiredis765,theyarechosenby consecutivesampling.Allofwhomareaged16andoverwithvaginaldischargeand/orvaginalpruritus,diagnosed withnotcomplicatedvulvovaginitisinPrimaryCareinMadrid.
