Abstract: High students vocational skills training model to write papers include job-specific skills to build a high student-teacher training system, and multi-channel approach to open up vocational skills training and the establishment of an effective operational mechanism of vocational skills training and so on.

Teachers College is a training base for basic education teachers. In a limited four-year study period, students in teachers colleges and university students do not only learn professional knowledge and develop rich cultural literacy, but also to have a university student not be required to teach master studied with the vocational skills.
