Higher number of theoretical points of curriculum reform
We are in an era of rapid change, to higher vocational education, for example, must pay attention to the following two trends.
First, technological development on the socio-professional status connotation and denotation, are generating greater and greater impact. Technology being updated to promote the demise of low-skilled jobs and high-tech jobs increase, while the increase in tech jobs is a common trend.
Second, economic globalization. China’s accession to the connotation of WID is to enable its economy into the mainstream of the world economy to participate in the process of economic globalization. In this way, the development of China’s economic structure must be with the countries of the world, especially with advanced structural changes in the national economy in line. China’s economic structure changes in the structure of our professional positions will have a direct impact. Changes in industrial structure and industry structure will make the society a large number of existing jobs disappear in certain occupations, and will bring additional large number of professional positions.
Therefore, technological development and economic structure changes in both social and professional status of the system have a significant impact. For example, the British “Dictionary of Occupational Titles,” third edition (1965) provides 21741 jobs over the second edition (1949) to increase 6432 posts. Fourth edition (1977), the third edition of an increase of more than 2,100 jobs, but the third edition of the professional positions in the 3500 fourth edition have disappeared. The United States in the past five years, there are more than 7,000 professional jobs disappeared, but has added more than 8,000 professional positions, these positions have a high technical content.
