Abstract: The new round of institution the income distribution system reform, the various vocational institutions in order to increase the pay of management reform efforts, build a dynamic and efficient and fair system of remuneration. However, the current Higher School of pay administration still faces a range of issues, there are many difficulties. Vocational College to actively promote the post appointment system, to develop a vocational characteristics and pay system, to enhance performance management and performance evaluation, promotion of faculty and reasonable growth in earnings.

The State income distribution system reform as the focus of the internal reform of institutions, the central end in May 2006 held a special meeting to study the income distribution reform, advocated the establishment of fair and efficient distribution mechanism. The end of 2006 the Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Finance jointly issued a document the deployment of civil servants and public institutions of income distribution reform. This remuneration of management reform, vocational college pointed out the direction. Pay only be reflected in a vocational college school effectiveness, but also reflects the faculty’s labor value. Pay system as well as reflect the status of a school and level of management. Vocational college should take this as an opportunity, and establishing vocational characteristics of pay system, in order to promote educational reform and school development.
