PopulationandMethods:Acohortof16224children(2–9years)wasrecruitedintoapopulation-basedsurvey(T0)from eightEuropeancountries.Asecondsurvey(T1)reassessedthechildrentwoyearslater.Arandomsampleof4405children was extracted for genetic studies. 3168 children were re-examined two years later.
