Abstrac ABSTRACT Purpose: + + low/- To study the change of the expression level of CD4 CD25 CD127 regulatory T cells (Treg) in peripheral blood from advanced gastric cancer patients before and after chemotherapy, and discuss the significance of the change in predictingchemotherapeuticeffect. Methods: To selec advanced or relapse metastasis of 30 patients who were pathological diagnosedwithinitiallyunresectablegastriccancerinourhospitalfromMay,2013to October, 2014, exclusion of patients with brain metastases or intestinal obstruction, whichwereexperimentalgroup.Toselec 10healthyvolunteersinourhospitalinthe + + low/- sametime,whichwerenormalgroup.TheexpressionlevelofCD4 CD25 CD127 regulatoryTcellsinperipheralbloodfrom30advancedgastriccancerpatientsand 10 healthyvolunteerswasexaminedbyflowcytometry(FCM).
