Methods TCD examination was carried out before lumbar puncture for pr臼­ sure testing in 42 intracranial infection patients (128 time心 and 45 ICH patients (138 times). R届时ts With the increase of ICP , TCD showed high resistance spectra , blood flow velocity didnt change in systole stage (V纱， while decreased in diasto- le stage (Vd) and pulsability index (Pl) increased. Blood flow velocity in intracranial infection patienωwas faster than that in ICH patients (PO. 0 1), while mean arterial blood pressure (MAP) and cerebral perfusion pressure were lower than those in ICH patients (PO. 0 1).
