　　高效液相色谱法测定云威灵药材中百里香酚的含量 【摘要】 目的 建立云威灵药材中百里香酚的含量测定 方法 。方法 用高效液相色谱法，体积分数为95%的乙醇回流提取，色谱柱Symmetry C18，流动相乙腈-水 (体积比65∶35)，检测波长274 nm。结果 百里香酚在0.04～1.23 mg (r=0.9999)有良好的线性关系；平均回收率百里香酚99.02%(RSD 1.03%)，重复性百里香酚RSD 0.88%。结论 该方法可靠、便捷，可以作为控制云威灵药材质量的方法。 【关键词】 云威灵；百里香酚；高效液相色谱法 　　Abstract:Objective To establish a quantitative method for determining the content of thymol in Inula nervosa ethod The sample n using acetonitrile-obile phase.
