　　高效液相色谱法测定大黄虫丸中芍药苷的含量 【摘要】 　　目的建立高效液相色谱法测定大黄虫丸中芍药苷含量的方法。方法采用Hypersil ODS2柱（4.6 mm×250 mm×5 μm）；流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液（15∶85）；柱温30℃；检测波长230 nm。结果芍药苷线性范围0.12～1.08μg，平均回收率=98.78%，RSD=1.35%。结论该方法简便、可靠、准确，可用于该制剂中白芍的质量控制。 【关键词】 大黄虫丸 芍药苷 高效液相色谱法 　　Abstract：ObjectiveTo establish a method for determination of Paeoniflorin in Dahuang Zhechong Pill.
