CasePresentation:Thiscasereportdescribesaco-infectionofToxoplasmagondii,Toxocarasppandtuberculosis inachildwithchroniclymphadenopathyandeosinophilia. Conclusion:Thecasereporthighlightstwoimportantpoints.Firstisthediagnosticchallengesthatare encounteredbycliniciansintropicalcountriessuchasSriLanka,wherelymphadenopathyandeosinophiliawitha positiveserologycommonlypointtowardsaparasiticinfection.Secondlytheimportanceofproperhistorytaking andperformingtheMantouxtestasafirstlineinvestigationinacountrywheretheincidenceoftuberculosisis low,evenintheabsenceofapositivecontacthistory. The abscess was drained, treated with antibiotics [1].Approximately250,000childrenworldwidedevelop andthechildwasdischarged.Twoweekslaterthechild tuberculosis,alargerproportionbeingreportedfromthe wasre-admittedwithaninfectionatthesiteoforiginal SouthEastAsianregion[2,3].Extra-pulmonarytuberculo- abscess and left sided inguinal lymphadenopathy. Full sisismorecommoninchildren,themostcommonform blood count (FBC) revealed an eosinophilia of 12.5% beinglymphaticdiseaseaccountingforabouttwothirdsof (WBC count 19,800, N 40.8%, L 35.9%). Blood picture thecasesofextra-pulmonarytuberculosis[4-6]. showed moderate eosinophilia with reactive changes Toxoplasma gondii and Toxocara spp. infections are suggestive ofeither aparasitic infection, oranallergic/ c
