业主、客户投诉处理工作程序
1.适用范围
本工作程序适用于业主/客户投诉工作处理。
2.工作程序
物业部受理客户投诉(口头或书面形式)。
物业部将投诉内容记录在《投诉记录表》、《客户投诉处理单》上。
物业部提出整改意见,交相关责任部门处理。
同时上报总经理办公室,监督处理过程。
相关部门进行处理,并填写《客户投诉处理单》后返回物业部。
物业部联系客户,跟进对处理结果的意见,填写《投诉跟进回访记录表》。
物业部将投诉相关文件备案。
物业部每月对投诉情况进行统计,并填写《投诉情况分析记录表》上报总物业经理。
