University College Dublin , Belfield , Dublin , lreland) Abstract: Nomology-based CmCvAwAs systems theory takes research outcomes in philosophy and psychology and includes some thoughts in the Eastern philosophy , and thereby provide a struc- tured framework to make comparison of Eastern and Western management theories. In CmCvAwAs theoretical framework , we compare some Western management theories , including hierarchy of needs , system development life cycle , quality management wheel , group dynamics , WSR systems ap- proach , Oriental management theory , Hexie management theory , and Hehe Management theory. On the basis of the comparison , we provide implications of Nomology-based CmCvAwAs systems theory in management research and management practice , from which we identify some opportunities an
