TCAD学习笔记--——sprocess Mask与photo,etch,deposit Photo 应用mask : Creates photoresist layer of the specified thickness outside the mask. The mask must have been defined using a mask command. If the photoresist should be deposited inside of the mask, the parameter negative must be defined in the mask command 正胶 在mask之外保留光刻胶； 负胶 （加negative）在mask内部保留光刻胶。 简单实例： mask name= gate_mask segments= {0.0 0.09} negative photo mask= gate_mask thickness= 0.02 etch PolySilicon anisotropic thickness= 0.2 etch oxide thickness= 0.1 anisotropic strip Resist 定义光刻板 segments={} 括号内定义的为空白区域，如需保留如定义栅氧则需 negative. ?
