浅论高职院校创业教育制度供给的交互属性(Entrepreneurship Education in Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Interaction CHEN Chun-lin （College of Humanities, Jiangsu Institute of Technology, Changzhou 213001, China） Abstract: Vocational Colleges constantly improve their system supply regarding entrepreneurship education, give full play to the important role of entrepreneurship education in the transformation of talents training mode, go the way of spontaneous endogenous innovation and meet the needs of society, which is an inevitable choice of innovative idea and practice of higher vocational education. The system supply of entrepreneurship education in vocational colleges has good interaction properties and the intrinsic logic requirements: its curriculum manifests the systematic change in talents training mode; evaluation mechanism highlights the satisfaction of social needs; organizational governance structure reflects the establishment of the modern education system. The system supply of entrepreneurship education in vocational colleges can maximize the use of various resources effectively and achieve the interaction of entrepreneurship education system and talents training mode, the interaction of the entrepreneurship education system and school development orientation and the interaction of the entrepreneurship education system and social needs. Key words: entrepreneurship education；system supply；interaction 党的十八大对高等教育提出了新要求，建设高等教育强国是《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010—2020年）》的基本精神，是未来我国高等教育改革和发展的主题，是我国实施科教兴国战略、建设人力资源强国和创新型国家的核心任务。［1］作为高等教育重要组成部分的高等职业教育必须在这一时代使命中发挥重要作用，这无疑对高等职业教育提出了更高的要求从现来看，陈旧的念、僵化的体制制约着高职的发展高职院校顺应社会发展求，培养符合社会发展需的具有创业型思维和技能的复合型人才人才培养模式改革，高职院校完善创业教育制度供给，充分发挥创业教育在人才培养模式转型中的重要作用。高职院校创业教育制度供给不仅要引发校内部的能量交换，而且要促进系统内外的能量交换，这是保证创业教育制度均衡的重要形式。［2］创业教育制度供给的交互属性主要表现在通过对创业教育制度供给设计，关注创业教育体系的内容和内涵，充分考虑教育对象需求的基础上规划和描述创业教育制度供给的行为方式，让创业教育的利益相关者之间建立一种有机系，促使创业教育供求双方形成和谐的互动局面，从而可以在更大范围内利用有效的资源来更好地开展创业教育。具有良好交互属性的创业教育制度供给主要包括创业教育体系与人才培养模式的交互以及创业教育体系与社会需求的交互在高职院校创业教育制度供给中体现交互属性，才能把创业教育的人才培养
