With regard to the analytic philosophy of Higher Vocational Education [Abstract] In this paper, the concept of the concept of higher vocational education starting from the following two aspects of the concept of higher vocational education was resolved: First, higher vocational education in rational knowledge and ideals; second is the impact of higher vocational education in our education system. [1] Based on this definition, this paper from two aspects of the concept of higher vocational education to make a resolution. 1, for higher vocational education in the pursuit of rational knowledge and ideals of Theoretical understanding of higher vocational education and ideals, in fact, is the location of higher vocational education system in recognition that straighten out higher vocational education and general higher education, secondary vocational education, the relationship between the education system. Only clear the system of higher vocational education, higher vocational education in order to right the ‘real-ran’, ‘ought’ to have a clear understanding of the state, with the rational knowledge, in order to truly play in the educational practice of higher vocational education in social development in the role.
