Abstract In this paper from the current situation on higher education reform to explain the concept of optimization of education and scientific research and the necessity of consciousness, and from 9 to enhance education and scientific research in details the ways and means of awareness, in order to provide a new model of higher education reform ideas.

To achieve educational information, international, market-oriented and the goal of modernization, China has been making unremitting national education system reform. College teachers as the backbone of China’s education, at the forefront of teaching reform, teaching reform is the main body. Teachers committed to the reform of teaching methods and teaching standards, teaching quality improvement at the same time, we should further develop their own sense of education and scientific research, scientific research and awareness into everyday teaching them, truly integrated teaching and research, to scientific research and enhance the quality of teaching and to promote research and development of teaching and learning.
First, the concept of education, research and awareness
