[Abstract] In this paper, the study of Chinese students studying in Australian higher education ‘team-based’ learning problems, found that Chinese students study in cross-cultural teams, there appeared out of the team or ask for foreign students of Chinese students to withdraw, the basic reason is that Chinese students not suited to multi-cultural co-operative learning, suggested that the Chinese colleges and universities should actively promote the students ‘team-based’ learning, in order to carry out international cooperation to nurture talent.
