Abstract: Motivation is closely related with the learner’s performance. Motivation for learning plays a significant role in promoting. The factors that influence learning motivation in students, a good classroom atmosphere and learning process in the sense of achievement are positive factors. The learning process anxiety, incorrect competition and psychological factors are negative. To stimulate and maintain the motivation of university students need to work together in two areas: teachers and students. Teachers should make an effort to develop students interest in learning, give students the appropriate comments, positive encouragement. Students to foster a positive self-concept, learning to establish long-term goals and short-term goals, eliminate the negative factors that affect learning, concentrate on their studies, and using the scientific way of learning.
