Abstract: The quantitative assessment of teachers is an important measure to evaluate the work of teachers, however, due to various reasons, quantitative assessment of the actual operation there are many problems. Localities and schools from reality, efforts to explore a more objective and impartial, scientific and rational assessment initiatives, in order to truly reflect the actual level of work and teachers’ work performance.

Although quantitative assessment of teachers many controversies exist, however, evaluation of teachers as an important initiative, implemented in schools at all levels, because there have not been able to find other, more scientific, impartial, objective, accurate and effective evaluation mechanism. This paper quantitative assessment of vocational school teachers to explore the mechanism of the six principles for peer reference.
The principle of identity
