University research financing structure for teaching research and quality of impact analysis
[Abstract] enterprise and university research and the gradual deepening of cooperation, the overall level of Chinese universities will have what impact, is a direct relationship to the university reform and development of major problems. An Empirical Analysis Based on Data of China indicated: College horizontal R amp;amp; D accounted for the sum of the proportion of research funding and university teaching quality into positive changes in relationship with the level of university research into the relationship between changes in the reverse; university teaching quality and research level that affect their ability to attract lateral ability to fund an important factor. Therefore, universities and companies must be based on their respective merits, what they need to let the market mechanism into the concept of a powerful tool for improving colleges and universities.

Abstract: The research cooperation between enterprises and universities is developing very well. So its impact to China’s universities will be a key issue directly related to university’s reform and development. The empirical analysis based on China’s data shows that the ratio of research funds from enterprises and its sum is direct proportional to university’s teaching quality but inverse proportional to university’s research level, and university’s teaching quality and research level are very important for university to attract funds from enterprises. Therefore, universities and enterprises should take advantage of each other according to their own cases, and especially, the market mechanism should be a powerful tool for university’s development.
