1、客服中心负责对业主的回访工作,回访工作分为:业主投诉回访和维修回访;回访可采取电话回访、上门回访及书信回访等形式。
2、回访工作可采取与住户交谈、现场查看、检查等方式综合进行。
3、客服中心接到业主投诉时,应及时协调处理,做好记录,并通过回访将处理结果反馈给业主。
4、接到业主的投诉时,客服中心若不能协调处理,应按业主/住户投诉规程处理,同时跟踪回访。
5、业主投诉的回访率不低于60%。
6、维修回访的主要内容包括:维修工作的服务态度、工作效率、工作质量、维修效果。
7、工程部每周五下午下班前将本周的维修单整理好,交给客服中心进行回访。
8、客服中心接到上周的《维修单》后,及时进行回访,填写《回访记录表》。维修回访率为100%。
