Multicultural Education Theory and Practice of the West on China#39;s Ethnic Minority Education Inspiration [Abstract] the theory of multicultural education is the core theory of cultural pluralism and equality in education; its practical methods are mainly four types of Banks presented a multicultural curriculum reform methods and Si Lite summed up the five multicultural education implementation. Multicultural Education and China’s minority education in the education targets, education and means to focus and traditional culture of minority attitudes and policies are quite different. However, multicultural education theory and practice of China’s minority education students in the multicultural education, attention to women’s education, and education students from poor families have some inspiration.
