This paper sorts and compares six kinds of capital inflow in village to support agricultural industrialization development model , such as capital+company+farmers, puts forward based on the competitive industries , the characteristic resources , the construction of small town and the perfection of industrial chain , promotes the development of the rural main industry and characteristic industry, the second and tertiary industry energetically, and continues to make up the industrial structure defects , Finally, the paper discusses the protection mechanisrns of capital inflow in village from regulating land transfer, extending the industrial chain , optimizing the business environment , building the new management system and expanding the finance channels.
