中华整形外科杂志 2013 年 7 月第 29 卷第4 期 Chin J Plast SI吨， luly 20日， Vo 1. 29 , No.4 . 265 . ·临床论著· 非剥脱性点阵激光 Lux1540nm 对浅表性 瘫痕疗效的初步观察 朱慧东李任金岚 [摘要] 目的 观察非剥脱性点阵激光 Luxl 540 nm 治疗浅表性癫痕的临床疗效。方法 根 据 Fitzpatrik 皮肤分型以及癫痕性状，选择不同的能量和脉宽治疗浅表性癫痕 32 例，术后 6 个月浅 表性癫痕表观和术前数码照相对照评定其疗效及不良反应。结果 本组 32 例中有效 25 例 (78.12%) ，无效 7 例(21. 88% );随着治疗次数增多，疗效逐渐提高。术后短暂的红斑在治疗后 4- 24 h 消失;一过性色素沉着 3 例(9.38%) ， 3 -6 个月消退。结论 非剥脱性点阵激光 Luxl 540 nm 对浅表性癫痕疗效较好，不良反应小。 [关键词] 激光; 癫痕; 治疗结果 Lux1540nm rractional laser treatment ror superficial scar ZHU Hui-dong , LI Ren , JlN Lαn. Methods According to the Fitzpatrik skin type and scar appearances , appropriate laser energy and pulse width were selected for scar treatment. Therapeutic effect and side-effect was evaluated hy preoperative photos and 6 months of postoperative photos. Results The total effective rate was 78.12% (28/32). 7cases (2 1. 88%) showed ineffective results. The therapeutic effect was improved along the increase of treatments. TemporaIγhyperpigmentation was found in 3 cases(9. 38% ) and faded away within 3-6 months. Temporary erythema faded away within 4-24 hours. Conclusion The treatment of non-ablative fractional laser Lux1540nm for superficial scar is effective with minimum side effect.
