Everyone will have access to basic medical guarantee. How to cultivate qualified general practitioner? How to keep them at the grassroots level and community hospital? It includes the understanding prob- lem about general medicine discipline, and the problem of setting up general practitioner training standards and mode. This paper mainly introduces the affiliated hospital of Qinghai province present situation and deficiency of general practitioner training, and puts forward the main mode of general practitioner training and implementation conditions of possible problems and their countermeasures in the implementation of thinking.
