毕业设计论文 课题名称：二手车交易过程中的价格评估方法研究 摘 要 近年来，随着我国国民经济的发展和市场的不断完善，全国汽车的保有量迅速增加，汽车流通渠道和方式由过去的单一分配同时转向多元化。我国的二手车交易市场处于快速发展时期但相应的二手车鉴定评估体系还处于萌芽状态，整个二手车鉴定评估行业还没有一套科学、统一、严谨的鉴定方法和评估理论。即我过的二手车交易其前景和潜力非常大。本文将以现行的二手车评估体系入手，首先从从宏观方面阐述了影响我国二手车价格鉴定与评估的交易环境，并对国内外二手车市场的交易状况进行了对比分析，从中找出了我国二手车市场发展存在的问题和须改进的地方。其次，从二手车价格鉴定与评估的概念、原则、要素、特性、操作程序等微观方面分析了影响二手车价格鉴定与评估的相关因素。再次，是从二手车价格评估体系中常用的重置成本法、现行市价法、收益现值法、清算价格法四种估价方法，以及它们各自的适用环境。并由重置成本建立价格评估模型，并进行实例分析最终能使二手车价格有个统一的体系，有利于二手车的交易和资源的重新分配。 ? 关键词：二手车 价格评估 重置成本法 模型 Abstract In recent years, with the development of our national economy and the constant improvement in the market, the National Automobile maintain rapid growth, Automobile distribution channels and methods from the past a single distribution while more diverse. With the economics increase continuously domestic secondhand auto trade will comes to be more and more active with the gradually growing auto number. This paper discusses the price appraisal methods which be used in the market for secondhand auto trade. In this thesis, the trade environment and status for the secondhand auto market is firstly presented in macro perspective. The domestic and abroad secondhand auto markets are compared to find the differences between them. Then, the factors, directly affecting the secondhand auto appraisal, principles and concepts are analyzed in micro perspective. And then four common used methods such as, replacement cost, present market value, present income, and clearing price, in the secondhand auto appraisal are put forward professionally. Their respective applicable environments, strong and weak also analyzed. Among them, stress is laid on replacement cost based on the features of price appraisal in our secondhand auto trade. As every theory used in the market has its shortage. By the time the establishment of price assessment model and example will eventually help second-hand car prices unified system, to a second-hand car trading and the reallocation of resources.
