Business meetings are meetings held for business purposes. They play an important role in the daily operating of enterprises. 2. What do you know about a meeting agenda? Agenda means a list of the business or subjects to be considered at a meeting. It must be prepared before a meeting and it is supposed to be well-kept in a file for further reference. 3. What are meeting minutes? Do you know how to take meeting minutes? The minute of a meeting is an official record of all business matters that happens at a meeting. In order to write a good minute, you are required to: Keep accurate; Keep main points; Remain the same from the beginning to the end.
