中药制剂在输卵管介入再通术中的应用观察 【摘要】 目的 探讨中药制剂清开灵注射液和丹参注射液在输卵管介入再通术中作为再通液 治疗 输卵管阻塞性不孕的有效性和安全性。 方法 对38例经子宫输卵管造影（Hysterosalpingography， HSG）证实为输卵管阻塞的患者，在X线透视监视下，通过同轴导管配合导丝技术经宫颈将5F导管选择性插至子宫角部或输卵管间质部并造影，明确输卵管阻塞情况，借助0.018in微导丝、3F微导管的扩张作用，及灌注清开灵和丹参药液的冲胀作用，使阻塞的输卵管再通。结果 38例有72条输卵管阻塞，导丝均能选择性插入输卵管内，本组插管成功率达100％。行输卵管再通术（STFTR），有69条输卵管再通，再通率达96％。术后随访2～12个月，有21例怀孕，怀孕率55％。结论 中药制剂清开灵在输卵管介入再通术中作为再通液灌注，对治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕是较为安全和有效的。 【关键词】 中药制剂;输卵管阻塞;输卵管再通术;不孕症 To evaluate the effect of the Chinese herbal medicine in selective transcervical fallopian tube recanalization 【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of the Chinese traditional medicine-qingkailing injection and danshen injection in selective transcervical fallopian tube recanalization (STFTR). The safety and efficacy of the recanalization liquor in the infertility caused by tubal obstruction.Methods 38 cases were confirmed blocked tube by hysterosalpingography(HSG). a 5F catheter was steered into the corner of the utenus or the interstitial portion of the fallopian tube in X-ray.The condition of the tubal obstruction could be known by injected contrast medium.The blocked tube could be recanalized by the expand of the 0.018 inch guide wire and 3F catheter，the scour and swell effect of the injected qingkailing and danshen liquor. Results Of 38 cases，the 72 tubes confirmed blocked.The catheter could steered into the tube of all cases.69 tubes could be recannalized,the successful rate reached 96%. 21 cases followed up in 2～12 months were pregnant.The pregnant rate was 55%. Conclusion The Chinese herbal medicine-qingkailing injection and danshen liquor injection is safe and effective for the infertility of tubal obstruction. 【Key words】 the Chinese herbal medicine;tubal obstruciont;selective transcervial fallopian tube recanalization 以中药制剂作为再通液，行输卵管阻塞介入再通术，是 目前 中西医结合诊治输卵管性不孕的一种治疗技术， 文献 屡有报道［1～3］。我们自2005年5月～2006年5月一年来对231例做输卵管介入再通术患者中的38例患者，选择使用了中药制剂清开灵和丹参作为再通液，取得了较好的疗效，现将结果报告如下。 1 资料与方法 1.1 一般资料 38例患者，年龄23～42岁，平均28岁。原发性不孕28例；继发性不孕10例； 多
