ICU护士对导管相关性血流感染 认知及行为现状的调查分析目的 调查重症监护室（ICU）护士对导管相关性血流感染认知以及行为现况，为今后更好地开展针对性的培训提供实证依据。方法 采用一般资料调查表、导管相关性血流感染认知及行为调查问卷对上海市某三甲医院217名ICU护士展开调查结果 ICU护士对导管相关性血流感染认知得分处于中等水平平均为（12.43±2.471）分，行为得分（93.23±7.018）分。护士对导管相关性血流感染认知的影响因素有护龄、职位及是否学习过指南；行为的影响因素有护龄、接受培训的方式。结论 加强ICU护士关于导管相关性血流感染知识的培训、环境建设和资源配置是提高其认知和行为的重要措施。 ［关键字ICU护士；导管相关性血流感染；认知；行为Investigation of ICU nurses’ knowledge and practice for catheter-related blood steam infection Chen Ying，GE Xiaohua* Xinhua Hospital affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, Shanghai 200092 ［Abstract］ Objective To investigate ICU nurses’ knowledge and practice for catheter-related blood steam infection and to provide empirical basis for better carrying out targeted training in the future. Method 217 ICU nurses in a tertairy class hospital were investigated by general information questionnaire and questionnaire of knowledge and practice for catheter- related blood steam infection. Result The average score of knowledge for catheter-related blood steam infection was in the media level, the score was (12.43±2.471). The average score of practice for catheter-related blood steam infection was in good situation, the score was (93.23±7.018). The influence factors of knowledge for catheter-related blood steam infection were working age, position and whether learning the guide. The influence factors of practice for catheter-related blood steam infection were working ages and the way of training. Conclusion Strengthening the study of knowledge and practice for catheter-related blood steam infection, the construction of the environment and allocation of resources are the key points for reducing catheter-related blood steam infection. ［Key words］ICU nurses; catheter-related blood steam infection; knowledge; practice 中心静脉导管已成为重症监护病房（ICU）不可或缺的医疗装置，但由于穿刺置管为有创操作，留置时间长，引起的导管相关性血流感染已成为不可忽视的并发症［1］。数据显示：在导管使用率相近的情况下，美国ICU中导管相关性血流感染的发生率为2.0例每千置管日，而发展中国家同类ICU中的感染发生率则高达8.92例每千置管日［2］。导管相关性血流感染的高发生率，加重患者的痛苦、延长住院时间、增加住院费用、还造成患者病死率增加［3-4］，
