活血化淤法分期治疗子宫腺肌病27例临床观察 【关键词】 活血化淤；,,子宫腺肌病 　　摘要：目的观察采用活血化淤法分期 治疗 子宫腺肌病的临床疗效。 方法 患者于平时服用桂枝茯苓丸加味，于经前1周至经行结束服用失笑散加味，连续治疗3个月经周期。结果两方配伍分期治疗对于改善患者痛经、经量增多方面治疗前后具有明显差异，但对于经期延长这一症状改善程度治疗前后差异不显著。结论 该方法治疗子宫腺肌病可显著改善患者痛经及经量过多的症状，而对于经期延长的治疗效果有待于进一步扩大观察例数。 　　关键词：活血化淤； 子宫腺肌病 　　A Clinical Observation of 27 Adenomyosis Patients by Removing Blood Stasis During the Different Periods in the Menstrual Cycle 　　Abstract：ObjectiveTo observe the clinical curative effect on Adenomyosis patients by removing blood stasis during the different periods in the menstrual cycle.Methods The patients took the modified Dower for Dissipating Blood Stasis from the day that one week before the menstruation came to the day that the menstruation ended, and took the modified Bolus of Ramulus Cinnamomi and Poria during the other days in a menstrual cycle. All patients took these two kinds of decoction continuously for three menstrual cycles. ResultsThere was significant difference after three menstrual cycles therapy in improving the symptoms of dysmenorrhea and excessive menstruation. While in shortening the days of menorrhagia, there was not significant difference. ConclusionTreatment of promoting blood circulation by removing blood stasis is significantly efficient to Adenomyosis patients in improving the symptoms of dysmenorrhea and excessive menstruation. While the effect of shortening the days of menorrhagia still needs further observation by enlarging cases. 　　Key words：Promoting Blood Circulation by Removing Blood Stasis; Adenomyosis 　　子宫腺肌病（adenomyosis）是指具有生长功能的子宫内膜侵入和扩散至子宫肌层引起的一种良性病变，是妇科临床的常见疑难病，随着医疗诊断技术的提高，显示其发病率日益升高。西药治疗其副作用与昂贵的价格令许多患者望而却步；而根治手术又为许多年轻或未生育患者所拒绝。笔者根据导师多年临床经验，采用活血化淤之法，分期治疗子宫腺肌病，观察其临床疗效。现将过程及结果报道如下。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1 临床资料 27例患者均为200401~200412我院门诊收治的子宫腺肌病患者，30岁以下者6例，31~40岁者12例，41岁以上者9例，平均年龄34.8岁。病程5年以下者6例，5~10年者16例，10年以上者5例。 　　1.2 诊断标准 依据病史，患者出现逐年加重的痛经、月经量增多或经期延长；妇科检查可扪及子宫均匀增大、质硬，有压痛，经期尤为明显。彩超检查提示为子宫腺肌病。 　　1.3 治疗方法拟活血化淤之法，于平时服桂枝茯苓丸加味，药用：桂枝10 g，茯苓10 g，桃仁10 g，丹皮10 g，芍药10 g，三棱10 g，莪术10 g，川
