游泳池水中尿素检测方法改进 　【摘要】 目的 建立实用、准确的游泳池水中尿素检测方法。方法 加大标准系列浓度、缩小定容体积，提高吸光度值，从而扩大检测范围。结果 改进后的方法检出限为0.08 mg/L。当尿素含量在0.25~3.00 mg/ml范围时，标准曲线线性关系良好，r=0.9997。分别测定高、中、低3个浓度的样品，进行7次重复测定，相对标准偏差为2.52%~7.99%，回收率为95.00%~100.70%。当游泳池中加入消毒剂(常用氯制剂)和抑制剂(硫酸铜抑制藻类植物生长)时，对尿素测定结果无干扰。结论 改进后方法简便，回收率高，检测范围宽，完全符合实验要求。 　　【关键词】 游泳池水；尿素；检测方法改进 　　【Abstract】 Objective To establish a utility and shortcut method for determining urea in swimming water.Methods The detection range was widened by increasing the concentrations of the standard series，decreasing the metered volume and improving the absorbance values.Results The limit of detection of the improved method was 0.080 mg/L.The standard curve was excellently linear (r=0.9997) when the content of urea was in the range 0.25~3.00 mg/L.The coefficient of variability was 2.52~7.99% and the recovery was 95.00~100.70% for seven repeated determinations of samples with low，medium and high concentrations.Addition of disinfectants (commonly used chlorine preparations) or algal growth inhibitors (copper sulfate) had no interference with the urea determination results.Conclusion The improved method and with this method the result is more accurate in practice and the process is more convenient. 　　【Key words】 Water of swimming pools；Urea；Determination method improvement 　　 　　游泳池水中尿素检测是公共卫生场所卫生监测重要卫生指标，它反应游泳池水受污染的程度。国标GB/T 18204.29-2000游泳池水中尿素检测方法中存在标准曲线线性范围较窄、吸光度值偏低等多种问题，造成实验检测误差较大，不能满足实验的要求，为此，本法参阅有关 文献 [2，3] ，将标准曲线和定容体积作一定改进，提高检测浓度范围和吸光度值。经实验证明改进后方法尿素浓度范围与吸光度值有较好线性关系，其准确度，精密度较好，能满足基层实验室检测需要。 　　 　　1 材料和方法 　　 　　1.1 仪器和试剂 　　1.1.1 仪器 721-A型分光光度计，1 cm石英比色杯，水浴锅，25 ml具塞普通比色管。 　　1.1.2 试剂 0.2%二乙酰一肟溶液，0.2%安替比林溶液。 　　1.1.3 尿素标准溶液：按国标方法准确称取尿素(GBW 09201)0.100 0 g配制并稀释至0.01 mg/ml尿素标准溶液。 　　1.1.4 实验试样 取本市某游泳池水，加适当新鲜尿液调至高、中、低三个不同浓度作为实验试样。 　　1.1.5 实验环境条件 温度：15~26℃，湿度：60%~87%，大气压：94.2~95.7 hPa×10。 　　1.2 分析步骤 取试样10 ml于25 ml具塞普通比色管中，另取比色管7支，加入0.01 mg/ml尿素标准液0、0.25、0.50、1.00、1.50、2.00、2.50、3.00 ml于25 ml比色管中，加纯水至10 ml刻度，于上述各管加1.0 ml二乙酰一肟混匀，再加2.0 ml安替比林，混匀，将上述各管在沸水浴中加热5
