老年急腹症127例诊治体会 【摘要】 ［目的］探讨老年急腹症患者的临床特点及 治疗 。［方法］回顾我院127例老年急腹症患者的临床资料及治疗情况。［结果］手术103例，非手术24例，治愈116例，自动出院6例，死亡5例。［结论］老年急腹症患者临床表现不典型，合并症多，病情进展快，死亡率高。临床医师手术力求时机、简效并做好围手术期处理，可提高治愈率。 【关键词】 老年急腹症；诊断；治疗 　　Abstract：［Objective］To explore the clinical features and treatment of senile acute abdomen.［Method］Trace back 127 cases of clinical data and treatment.［Result］130 cases were operated，24 had no operation，116 were cured，6 went out of hospital voluntarily，5 dead.［Conclusion］Senile acute abdomen has no classical clinical symptoms，with many complications，speedy development，and high lethal rate.The d
