自愿戒毒病房护理人员潜在经血传染疾病的预防 　【摘要】 对2004年1～12月自愿戒毒的716例海洛因依赖者常规取血查HBsAg、抗-HIV。结果显示： HBsAg、抗-HIV阳性率分别为44.3%、6.28%，乙型肝炎、艾滋病的感染率均显著高于一般人群。为保护护理人员免受海洛因依赖者的潜在经血传染疾病的危害，提出了相应的防护措施。 　【关键词】 自愿戒毒；乙型肝炎；艾滋病；预防 　　【Abstract】 By phlebotomizing 716 heroin addictive patients of voluntarily seeking detoxification wards from January to December 2004， the result indicated that the positive rates of HBsAg and Anti-HIV were 44.3% and 6.28%，respectively; the infection rates of hepatitis B and AIDS patients were much higher than average.
