螺旋CT三期扫描对胃癌术前分期的临床价值 ［摘 要］ 目的：评价螺旋CT(SCT)对胃癌术前分期的临床价值。 方法 ：回顾手术和病理证实45例胃癌，术前均作CT三期扫描， 分析 SCT对胃癌病灶的检出率及术前分期的准确率。结果：45例胃癌，SCT病灶检出率为100%，T分期准确率为73%(33/45)，N分期准确度53％(24/45)，M分期准确度为91％(41/45)。结论：SCT增强扫描对胃癌术前分期有较高的临床价值，值得推广。 　　［关键词］ 螺旋CT；胃癌；临床价值 　　 The Value of Spiral CT Examination in the Staging of Gastric Carcinoma 　　　　Abstract: Objective To evaluate the role of spiral CT in staging gastric carcinoma.Methods Forty five patients all with gastric carcinoma underwent SCT examination.
