2004 年第32 卷第4 期　　　　　　　　　　流　体　机　械　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　29　 文章编号:　1005—0329 (2004)04—0029—05 技术综述 多翼离心风机的内流特性及其噪声研究 王嘉冰, 区颖达 ( 中科技大学, 湖北武汉　430074) 摘　要:　结合多翼离心风机各个组成部件的结构特点, 回顾了近年来国内外有关多翼离心风机的内流特性及其噪声的 研究现状。气流分布不均匀, 风机前盘涡流区域、叶道的边界层分离以及从蜗壳逆行回到叶轮进口的回流是影响多翼离 心风机性能的主要因素。在试验研究的同时, 采用CFD 手段进一步深入研究多翼离心风机内流场特征, 并在风机设计时 反映上述影响因素, 从而有效地提高风机效率、降低风机噪声, 应是今后研究的一个主要方向。 关键词:　多翼离心风机;内流;噪声;性能;综述 中图分类号:　TH432　　　　文献标识码:　A Research on Noise and Internal Flow Characteristic of Multi-blade Centrifugal Fan WANG Jia-bing, OU Ying-da (Huazhong Uni ersity of Science Technology, Wuhan 430074, China) Abstract:　Combined with configuration characteristic of multi-blade centrifugal fan, a general re iew of research on noise and internal flow field is presented.The non-uniform flow on the elocity and the pressure distribution, the“inacti e”separation zone existed near the shroud side,the boundary layer separated flow from the leading edge on the blade suction surface, the re ersed flow from the high pressure region inside the olute to the low pressure region near the impeller inlet are the main factors which exert a great influence on the perfor- mance of multi-blade centrifugal fan.Combined with experiment, the internal flow characteristic of multi-blade centrifugal fan is studied by using CFD tools,the abo e-mentioned influence factors in the fan design is considered, thus impro ing the efficiency and decreasing the noise of multi-blade centrifugal fan,would be the main tasks for further research.
