Imperfect position record instruction
Showing method, number method and position detection of imperfect position are showing as following:

Remarks:
1、Expression for the imperfect position: in principle, according to the flowing direction of medium, use right handed to make sure the direction and turning: that is the direction of right thumb and the medium floating direction is the same, and the direction when the other four fingers bending is the clockwise direction.
Make sure point 0: the horizontal fastened welding joint (overhead position welding) is taking the top of the welding joint (horizontal position welding) as the point 0; vertical and fastened welding joint
(Downward welding) is taking the east of the factory (take the building as the direction0 as point 0.
According to the direction, turning and point 0, mark imperfect on the whole circular joint while dividing the joint into 12 time zones. When the imperfect is in the middle of two time zones, mark “×~×”, for instance, “3~4” is showing the imperfect is located in the middle of point 3 and point 4. When there is any difficult to express in word or there is any relative requirement, illustrate mark in the attachment drawing.
2、Definition for side A and side B: according to the medium floating direction, the front of the welding joint ( upstream position side) is side A, and back of the welding joint (backward position side) is side B.
When the “imperfect position” (hour dividing method) and the side A amp; B of welding joint can’t be confirmed according to the above method and principles, then definite the direction, turning, point 0 and side A amp; B according to the feature of he equipment, and take detail record and illuminate it in the remark in the report record list.
